Grace Varga

Lucky Detective is a 3D film that was directed by Thinh Nguyen and produced by me. We as a team only had 6 members in total, and we created everything in the film except for the rigs, which are both Malcolm by AnimSchool. As producer, I was in charge of taking notes for all the members of the team, making tutorials on using Malcolm and his picker, and I compiled the shots by each of the animators together into a movie every week so we could see how each of the shots flowed. I was also an animator on the film, so I was in charge of finishing my shots too. Below are notes I took for my members and how I organized this project.
